Job Title: Operations Assistant

Job Description:

The holder of this position will assist and coordinate the day to day operations of the company. S/he will be involved in research and business development assignments and recruitment activities.

•  Coordinate Company representation in local and international employment forums.

•  Post company's employment advertisements in different Medias.

•  Receive applications; assist in screening resumes and short listing candidates.

•  Schedule interviews and respond to applicants' inquiries.

•  Participate in the interviewing process.

•  Maintain applicant database.

•  Assist in the Preparation of required marketing materials needed for business development such as brochure, flyers, newsletters, website, etc.

•  Following up with prospects / clients on business development issue.

•  Provide research data and analysis on various business subjects as required

Qualifications and Capabilities:

•  Bachelors Degree in a relevant course of study.

•  Strong communication, people and analytical skills.

•  Intellectual and a ble to work in a team environment.

•  Proficient in business English language (oral and written), Arabic language skills are a plus.

Job Profile: Business Development Manager

Job Profile:

•  Formulate, review, update and drive Business Development strategy.

•  Identify business prospects, design and prepare bids to win business opportunities in accordance with pre-defined business development plan and financial goals.

•  Interface with prospect clients to sell our services.

•  Collaborate with Consulting and Product Development functions to align goals and realize objectives.

•  Manage the relationship between Skopos and business development partners around the globe.

•  Leverage company's existing customer/business relationships.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, ambitious and driven by challenge person who is capable of leading the business development function in our rapidly growing organization. This role will permit the holder of the position to bring h/er own ideas to the business.

Key skill areas and interests are as follows:

•  8 – 10+ years experience in business development preferably in the business consulting sector.

•  Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts' penetration strategy.

•  Successful track record of generating revenues.

•  Experience with major account management.

•  An inquisitive, outgoing and engaging personality with a strong business outlook and strategic vision.

•  The ability to form valuable relationships with large international/global organizations.

•  A self-starter, organized, efficient, creative and confident.

•  Prepared to travel internationally and work outside normal office hours.


Job Title: Consultant, Organizational Development

Job Description:

In this role, the consultant will partner with clients to assess organizational readiness for change through the use of research-based, proprietary surveys and other organization development tools. He / she will plan, design, develop, present and implement organizational change initiatives which will impact organizational performance while ensuring strategic and organizational alignment.
In this position the consultant will be exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance his / her business acumen and broaden the consultant's professional experience. Additionally, the consultant will be exposed to international work and a variety of general and business cultures which will enrich his/her work experience.

The consultant will play a role in the design and / or delivery of solutions/services that may include, but not limited to the following:

•  Conduct individual and organizational assessments through the use of research-based, proprietary surveys and other organizational development tools designed to identify critical gaps and trends affecting organizational performance

•  Coach executives and management team members

•  Assess organizational effectiveness

•  Organizational design / structure

•  Leadership development

•  Facilitate the development of an organization's vision, mission and value

•  Design performance management systems and facilitate implementation

•  Conduct corporate governance

•  Partner with clients to implement organizational development initiatives and transfer relevant knowledge and skills for future implementation

Requirements:

•  We are filling multiple positions which require variable years of relevant work experience (a minimum of 2 years experience is required).

•  General management experience in multinational / global organizations with proven record of achievement and emphasis on people orientation / management.

•  International work experience is a plus.

•  Knowledge of regional cultures and experience working in a multi culture work environment.

•  Share team passion for delivering quality service, adding value and transfer of knowledge to client.

•  Excellent command of English and or French language. Arabic language is a plus.

•  Consulting knowledge and/or experience (client management, project/process management, product development, business ethics and business development) is a plus.

Education:

•  Bachelor's degree (all disciplines) is a must.

•  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant courses of study (OD, Organizational Behavior/ Psychology, etc.) is a plus.

Role Description:

•  Provide research data and analysis on various business subjects as required.

•  Conceptualize, design and develop new products (surveys and tools).

•  Analyze existing business issues / challenges and develop recommendations for improvement.

•  Analyze methods and interventions employed by Skopos and recommend changes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications and Capabilities:

•  Bachelors Degree in a relevant course of study, Masters Degree is a plus.

•  Minimum 2 years of work experience.

•  Demonstrated blend of talents and skills; intellect, analytical, imagination/ creativity, curiosity,

•  Ability to work in a team environment with professional integrity.

•  Proficient in business English language (oral and written), Arabic is a plus.

•  Excellent user of MS office and excellent internet research skills and experience.

•  Proficient in business English language (oral and written), excellent Arabic language skills are required as well.

•  Experience as a user of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access and excellent internet research skills and experience.
