Mr.Tarek Fahim is in the Resource Center at SKOPOS Consulting.

Mr.Fahim started his business journey in APTIX in Cairo as a SoC Validation Engineer. Later, he joined ITWorx as a Software Engineer, where he developed comprehensive system and Internet messengers monitoring suite. Later, he joined IBM Services Department as a Senior Software Engineer, where he conducted various training sessions and workshops for VAIS team, and planned, defined and established different management and technical processes in order to meet and maintain the highest attainable quality levels and standards. Moving to Consulting, Mr.Fahim joined LOGIC Management Consulting, where he formulated LOGIC's strategic consulting methodology, trained a team of 10 consultants on applying the LOGIC methodology, participated in restructuring of Government sector's entities and conducted various training sessions and workshops for clients about several organizational issues.

Mr.Fahim holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo. He also holds MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from the American University on Cairo. He acquired the VLSI & Embedded System Development Diploma from Information technology Institute.

Ms. Mai Sabry El-Assy is a Research Analyst at SKOPOS Consulting. She is providing research data and analysis on various business subjects, in addition to conceptualizing, designing and developing new surveys and tools. Currently, she analyzes existing business challenges and develops recommendations for improvement.

Prior to joining SKOPOS Consulting, Ms. El-Assy worked for Grant Thornton Consultants as a Business Analyst, where she performed a complete compliance Audit for the UNRWA organization branches in Syria and Jordan, in addition to designing several organizational charts.

Ms. El-Assy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University.
