BD

Ashraf Koheil

Mr. Ashraf Koheil possesses a solid track in Business Development, product development and General Management. He started his career in 1987 in the hospitality industry, where he held numerous roles with Accor (the ETAP). From 1990 and for the following 6 years, he took the challenge in an industrial chemicals group (Novartis) in the marketing services, where he was in charge of knowledge management, competitive analysis and general account and relationship management for the textiles and detergent industry clients.In 1996, he moved to Australia to pursue challenges in the IT & ICT industries.

He started in business development in RSA technologies, which was later acquired by Pongrass Publishing. In 1998, he joined PKF technology in a General Management role. PKF was acquired by Solution 6 (currently MYOB) and he then became the e-business portfolio manager for the new company. He was also an active member and an influencer of the M&A strategy pursued by Solution6 (13 acquisition in 2 years).In 2001, he took the challenge of a regional BDM role for the Middle East region for hosted IT solutions provider that integrated SAP, IBM and CRM solutions on demand (based in Dubai).

In 2003, he returned back to Australia to pursue a 5 years challenge in Telstra. He started as a solutions development principle to explore, partner and prototype services & solutions for the emerging markets. Over the 5 years with Telstra and KAZ (its ICT arm0), Mr. Koheil successfully developed a number of SaaS (Software as a Service) applications and integrated RFID solutions suite with strategic partners such as Microsoft, Cisco, BEA, IBM and SUN.Mr. Koheil joined SKOPOS Consulting in 2008 as an OD consultant, where he was part of change management projects and coached a lot of executives in the ME Region. Currently, he's responsible for leading the Business Development Team.

Mr. Koheil holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce Business from Ein Shams University, Cairo. Other post graduate studies include Total Quality Management Assessment and Implementation Consultant in 1993 (Certified through Ciba-Geigy from the EFQM), Sydney University equivalent degree in 1996 in Business Management, Negotiation & Sales Skills Trainer from Rogen – Australia in 1997, and Coaching and Soft Skills courses with Shirlaws International from 2001 to 2003.

Wessam Hamza

Mr. Wessam Adly Hamza works within the Business Development team. He is responsible for Business Development in the GCC. He joined SKOPOS Consulting since December 2004. Since then he devoted his attention to exploiting business opportunities, where he networks with business people, designs proposals for potential clients' organizational needs, in addition to presenting the proposal suggestions to potential clients.

Mr. Hamza started his career path as a Business Developer in Ibn Sina Laborex Pharma. Then, he became an Associate Technical Consultant for Raya Software, where he participated in selling and implementing several ERP projects, in addition to working as an ERP Trainer. Afterwards, and prior to SKOPOS Consulting, he joined the Egyptian Exporters Association/Expolink where he participated in organizing several international exhibitions and was heavily involved in selling and negotiating processes between Egyptian exporters and international buyers.
 
Mr. Hamza holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the American University in Cairo. Currently, he is preparing his MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Sara Nagy

Mrs. Sara Nagy works in Business Development. She joined the company since 2008, where she was responsible for the company's branding. Due to the team's needs, she's also helping in Business development sales cycle, where she follows-up on leads and designs proposals.

Mrs. Nagy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.

Marilyn Adell

Mrs. Marilyn Adell joined the company in July 2008, where she is responsible for the Business Development in Africa and the operations of SKOPOS Consulting office in Kenya.

Mrs. Adell is a dynamic individual with multi-disciplinary experience, in Law and Human Resources as well as general Operations Management.Previously, Mrs. Adell was a Human Resources Consultant with Kimberly Ryan a Pan African HR Consultancy firm. Her strengths include excellent organizational and communication skills, proven ability to train, develop and motivate. She is customer-focused and very result oriented. She has hands-on experience in supporting and leading teams, diversity management and building relationships within a dynamic environment.

Mrs. Adell holds a Masters Degree in Business (Management Practice-Human Resource Management) from Victoria University; Melbourne, Australia and a Law Degree from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Finance

Peter Samy

Mr. Peter Samy has eleven years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He has a strong experience in Financial Reporting Systems, were he excels in designing the charts of accounts, analytical and statistical reports.

Currently, he is responsible for managing suppliers and payables, also managing banking side and treasury, in addition to some of the financial functions in SKOPOS Consulting.Mr. Samy started his career in the Accounting Department for Heineken Egypt- Ahram Beverages Company, where he developed a strong experience in accounting transactions in managing and controlling the movement of more than 300 products from COGS to Revenues. After, he moved to Link.Net (ISP) as a senior receivables accountant where he worked with more than 600 daily clients' transactions, invoicing and payments.

Mr. Samy holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Helwan University and currently is an MBA candidate in Edinburgh Business School, Herriot Watt University.

Youssef Hassan

Mr. Youssef Mohsen Hassan works in Finance at SKOPOS Consulting. He has acquired extensive experience in Finance and Accounting through his career path.
 
Mr. Hassan’s career started at the Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC). After, he joined the finance department at ExpoLink, a USAID funded project. Prior to SKOPOS Consulting, he joined Halliburton Energy services Group ESG.
 
Mr. Hassan holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a Finance concentration from the American University in Cairo.

Hassan Hilaly

Mr. Hassan Hilaly is responsible for the HR consulting arm of SKOPOS Consulting.

He has extensive international, multicultural and cross-sector experience working in, or consulting to, a variety of industries, including banking, telecommunication, maritime, information technology, and governmental / international development organizations in the USA, Egypt and the Gulf Region-Middle East.Prior to his employment with SKOPOS Consulting, Mr. Hilaly held various senior human resources management positions in organizations such as Vodafone Egypt, Amiral Management Corporation (AMC) Egypt & EMIC USA.

He also held financial and management positions at Wells Fargo Bank USA and consulted to a variety of organizations such as Global Desalination Systems, British Colombia, Canada, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Afrimedical Egypt.His experience has been mainly on human resources management and development, operations management / start-up operations, organizational alignment / development and change management.

Mr. Hilaly holds a BA in Law from Cairo University.

Hassan Ali

Mr. Hassan Ali has seven years of experience in travel. He specializes in various ticketing reservation programs. Mr. Hassan Ali started his career path with Wonder Travel Company as a Counter Reservation. After, he travelled to KSA to work for Foursan for Travel and Tourism.

Mr. Hassan Ali holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting concentration from the Cairo University.

Tarek Fahim

Mr. Tarek Fahim is the Resource Center Manager. He has been leading several large initiatives in SKOPOS Consulting in the past period including developing and formulating the company’s consulting model, operations excellence and service offerings.

Mr. Fahim was also part of the business transformation and change management interventions of one of the biggest telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Fahim, is a board member and co-founder of Quick-Wins Strategic advisory, a top rated consulting firm serving several fortune’s 100 firms and mega regional players in Middle East and Africa. Before SKOPOS Consulting, Mr. Fahim worked as the R&D director in the Business Consulting BU in LOGIC Consulting Group.

He participated in several large assignments in the region. Besides, he led the R&D team responsible for formulating the consulting methodology and products. During his work, Mr. Fahim participated in formulating strategies, restructuring and setting the operation strategies and modus operandi of several Government sector’s entities in the region. Before LOGIC, Mr. Fahim worked in IBM Global Services leading development teams in delivering state of the art technology through all project life cycle in Egypt as well as in Germany and France.

During his work in IBM, he was selected to be a member of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), which focuses in planning, defining and establishing different management and technical processes in order to meet and maintain the highest attainable quality levels and standards. Mr. Fahim managed through collaborative work to uplift the organization from CMMiL1 organization to CMMiL3 organization in nine months only, which is less than fifty percent of the expected duration. In 2006, Mr. Fahim was awarded the IBM Team Award for his extraordinary achievements. Moreover, Mr. Fahim worked as philanthropy consultant for two years providing advice for various SME's on the strategy and financial fronts, helped several companies to turnaround and improved their sales and profitability, and served as judge in number of regional business plan competitions. Besides, Mr. Fahim founded and led one of the top Charity Organizations in Egypt for the last six years.

Mr. Fahim holds an M.B.A. degree from the American University in Cairo, Diploma in Very Large Scale Integrated Circuit (VLSI) design from the Information Technology Institute in Cairo, and B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo.

Shaimaa Otify

Mrs. Shaimaa Otify is a Research Analyst. She is working on designing models and developing tools that consultants use in SKOPOS Consulting.

In addition, she works with consultants to customize tools to fit the organization specific needs and circumstances.She started her career working in the development field in “Nahdet El-Mahrousa” one of Egypt’s prominent local NGOs. Then she moved to work with a joint project between Nahdet El-Mahrousa and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ). Afterwards, she moved to the business field as Research and Development team member in LOGIC consulting.

Mrs. Otify holds a B.A. in Political Science from the American University in Cairo.

Mai El-Assy

Ms. Mai Sabry El-Assy is a Research Analyst.

She is providing research data and analysis on various business subjects, in addition to conceptualizing, designing and developing the tools that are used in the delivery of SKOPOS consulting work. Aside to that, she analyzes existing business challenges and existing tools and develops recommendations for improvement.

Prior to joining SKOPOS Consulting, Ms. El-Assy worked for Grant Thornton Consultants as a Business Analyst, where she worked on consulting projects for major local and international clients such as the Egyptian Social Fund for Development, Egypt Air Holding Company, Al Azhar Park, Domty Food Company and the UNRWA (United Nations Relief Work Agency). In her engagements with these clients she has performed several quality audits, implemented cash assessment programs at client sites and provided recommendations for enhancement for their cash processes, provided business process improvement to the clients by redesigning their organization charts and business processes and worked on the client's organizational restructuring of their companies. Aside to that she has worked internally at GT on producing their firm profile and re-branding the company.

Ms. El-Assy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University.

Ahmed Karargi

Mr. Ahmed Hesham El-Karargi is a Survey Administrator and he is a certified analyst from Louis Allen Worldwide.

In SKOPOS Consulting, he is responsible for setting up and running the surveys for clients to fill out, in addition to data analysis and report administration. His job is the core stone for the consultants’ work, as they build up their feedback sessions according to the submitted and analyzed surveys.Mr. El-Karargi started his career path in Tuboscope Vetco International GmbH for inspection as field inspector.

After and prior to SKOPOS Consulting, he worked for Onyx Alexandria for complimentary service in waste treatment (Veolia environment). He started off in the Quality Control department, where he designed work plan for all the departments of the company, in addition that he ensured that all employees worked on the ISO 9001 standard. Then, he was moved to manage the Collection and Distribution department in the Gulf branch located in Abu Dhabi.

Mr. El-Karargi holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce from Alexandria University and SIX Sigma green belt certificate.
