Louis Allen Associates


Louis Allen Associates traces its history back to Louis A. Allen, who wrote "The Management Profession" (McGraw-Hill, 1964), which received the Academy of Management-McKinsey Award by the American Academy of Management for his contribution to the advancement of the practice of management and for best management book for that year. He based the book on a three-year study, where he analyzed the work of managers in over that 150 corporations, and then updated and refined the information based on working with thousands of companies globally. From this study he was able to design the basic concepts and principles of the Allen Management System, which has been widely recognized and accepted in more than ten-thousand organizations worldwide.

Louis A. Allen launched "Louis Allen Associates" with the mission of helping organizations to achieve world-class execution and results by significantly improving their management practices and processes. Accordingly, "Louis Allen Associates" provided customized training, education and coaching to improve the quality of management and staff resources.

For forty-four years, "Louis Allen Associates" has served over 5,000 clients in North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe; more than 500,000 individuals have been trained by the Allen Management System.


SKOPOS Consulting Group

The SKOPOS Consulting Group was founded in 1991 in San Jose, CA to provide consulting services to organizations of all kinds: those just starting up, those eager to gain or maintain a competitive edge, and those seeking to regain a position in the marketplace. They offered consulting services to help companies become high performance organizations characterized by their ability to articulate a plan, motivate employees, align processes and develop rewards that reinforce positive actions. SKOPOS Consulting Group worked with companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500 companies in USA, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Europe, with clients in a variety of industries, such as Telecommunication, Manufacturing, High Technology, Government, Financial Services, Health care and Aerospace.

In 1999, SKOPOS Consulting Group, Inc. purchased a 40% interest in Louis Allen International and an additional 54% interest in 2002. This acquisition provided SKOPOS with remarkable expertise including both the soft and hard management tools necessary to successfully & efficiently implement concrete action plans with their clients & deliver positive results.

In the same year of the acquisition, SKOPOS Louis Allen International collaborated with Middle Eastern partners to establish SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East, assigning Dr. Hussein El-Kazzaz, a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Louis Allen International in California office as the Managing Director of SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East. Later in 2006 SKOPOS Louis Allen International changed its name to Louis Allen Worldwide.


SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East

Dr. El-Kazzaz established SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East in 2002, where he formed a team to offer SKOPOS Louis Allen International tools and solutions localized for the region. His aim of starting the new entity was to provide the Middle East organizations with Organizational Development (OD) services that help them expand and grow.

SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East started delivering consulting services to governmental entities in Yemen and Dubai when the company’s mission and vision attracted their attention.

After, what shaped SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East was the delivery of consulting services to MTC- Kuwait; SKOPOS consultants developed and applied the collaborative consultancy model, which is basically being physically at the client's site to be able to work with and coach them.


SKOPOS Consulting

In 2007, SKOPOS Louis Allen Middle East changed its name to SKOPOS Louis Allen Consulting and is growing aggressively in the Middle East and Africa. The rapid expansion resulted in the opening of several offices in the Middle East, Gulf and Africa to support its operational needs. SKOPOS Louis Allen Consulting defined its mission to collaborate with organizations through the use of Organizational Development (OD) practices that help organizations define, develop and sustain a culture which acquires and sustains long term competitive advantage and generates a more positive change in society.
