Hassan Hilaly
Mr. Hassan Hilaly is a management consultant at SKOPOS Consulting. He has extensive international, multicultural and cross-sector experience working in, or consulting to, a variety of industries, including banking, telecommunication, maritime, information technology, and governmental / international development organizations in the USA, Egypt and the Gulf Region-Middle East.
Prior to his employment with SKOPOS Consulting , Mr. Hilaly held various senior human resources management positions in organizations such as Vodafone Egypt, Amiral Management Corporation (AMC) Egypt & EMIC USA. He also held financial and management positions at Wells Fargo Bank USA and consulted to a variety of organizations such as Global Desalination Systems, British Colombia, Canada, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Afrimedical Egypt.
His experience has been mainly on human resources management and development, operations management / start-up operations, organizational alignment / development and change management.
Mr. Hilaly holds a BA in Law from Cairo University.
