Dr. Hussein El Kazzaz
Dr. Hussein El-Kazzaz is the Managing Director of SKOPOS Consulting. He has extensive consulting and training experience in the private and public sector, on issues of performance improvement, performance based planning and monitoring systems, organizational restructuring, development and change, strategic management, and human resource development.
Dr. El-Kazzaz holds BS, MBA, and Ph.D. in Business Administration; the MBA and the Doctoral degrees are from the Ohio State University.
His previous experience includes serving on the faculty of the Business School of Alexandria University in Egypt.
As a trainer, Dr. El-Kazzaz has designed and presented programs on topics that include leadership and group dynamics, implementation of continuous improvement, strategic management and managing workplace relations.
Ahmad El Nashar
Mr. Ahmed El-Nashar is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting.
Mr. El-Nashar has been working extensively in the field of Business Development, Logistics Management and Consultancy across various industries with a number of regional and multinational organizations.
Mr. El-Nashar started as the Import Sales Manager at Maersk Sealand, Egypt. During his tenure, he was a member of the Maersk Africa Team, where he was responsible for setting up the internal procedures for the company's import documentation processes and procedures in Africa. He then moved to work with Qatar Central Bank in the Banking Control Department, where he evaluated and revised the country's regulatory laws and regulations for banks and financial institutions in accordance with standards set by the IMF and the Basel Committee. Then, he worked as a freelance consultant in strategy and commercial management, where he engaged with Malaysian International Shipping Company (MISC). He supervised the implementation of an improved organizational structure that resulted in the establishment of defined commercial business units and departments. His experience as a Business Development Manager in Raya Distribution gave him further exposure in the Middle East market and he was able to secure two of the company's biggest regional agency with Imate and Canon for Egypt and North Africa. Following that, he took over the role of the Business Development Manager and later the Country Manager in the Norwegian Multinational Wilhelmsen Ship Services, where his work involved international logistics, consultancy assignments entailing exposure to multi-cultural work forces covering various industry sectors including the Automobile, Military, Petrochemical, and FMCG sectors.
Mr. El Nashar holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. Post Graduate studies include a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Lloyds Maritime Academy and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from Edinburgh Business School.

Ahmed Hammad
Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Hammad is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting.
Mr. Hammad has been working in high-tech multinational industries, where he was able to deepen his knowledge and experience.
Mr. Hammad started his business life working for Mentor Graphics as a Simulation Analysis Specialist, where he worked as a consultant for the quality assurance team. After, he was working for Electronic Data System (EDS) as a Metrics and Estimation Leader, where he implemented an Organizational Metrics Program ensuring that the project standards and procedures are appropriate for the Metrics collection, storage and usage. Not only that, but he also provided training to EDS project managers. Subsequently, he was working for HSBC Egypt as a Process Intelligence Officer, where he was leading a Lean Six-Sigma project to improve HSBC back office operations to be ready for handling the bank's very aggressive expansion plan. As a Senior Business Consultant in LOGIC Management Consulting, Mr. Hammad developed different suppliers of Unilever in the fields of Operations, Management and Business Development. All in all, Mr. Hammad's work with Logic Management Consulting, HSBC, EDS and Mentor Graphics has given him an outstanding experience in the field of Electronics, IT, Banking and Business Consultancy.

Dr. Ahmed Sakr Ashour
Dr. Ahmed Sakr Ashour is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting. He received his Ph.D. degree in business from the University of Minnesota in 1970 (Department of Organization Studies and Industrial Relations). He also received a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota in 1966.
He won several research and academic awards and recognitions both internationally and at the regional level. He was the general rapourter of the Congress of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences held in Dubai, U.A.E July 1995. He was listed in the Encyclopedia of Distinguished National Egyptian Personalities.
Dr. Ashour was the principal investigator and project leader of the Public Enterprise Performance Project - Egypt (1982 - 1987). Ashour's administrative experience spans over a period of about twelve years and covers a variety of developmental activities. His last administrative position (1991 - 1999) was the Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO).
Dr. Ashour's applied professional experience expands over thirty years and includes various private and public enterprises as well as government organizations.
He directed strategic consultancy projects to a number of Arab governments (Kuwait, U.A.E., Oman, Yemen) involving administrative reform and development tackling new frontiers of enhancing performance of public sector organizations. He provided consultancy services to the UN (performance indicators), UNDP and the World Bank (Economic Management).
Amr Yehia
Mr. Amr Ismail Yehia is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting. He is currently assigned to the project in Zain Nigeria. Mr. Yehia holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Cairo University. He is currently enrolled in a Masters program for consulting and change Management in HEC University.
Arfan Qureshi
Mr. Arfan Qureshi is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting, primarily working within the regions of the Middle East and Africa. His most recent work has included projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, as well as Nigeria. He has previously worked for Sun Microsystems in Menlo Park, California.
During his graduate study at Michigan State University, Mr. Qureshi helped lead the Group Dynamics Laboratory, which focused on research in the areas of group performance, group decision-making, and group cooperation. He also taught a number of courses within psychology, research methods, as well as data analysis.
Mr. Qureshi received his Master's degree from Michigan State University in Social and Personality Psychology. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami with a double major in Psychology and Computer Science, as well as a minor in Mathematics. In addition to English, Arfan is fluent in the reading, writing, and speaking of Modern Standard Arabic.
Ashraf Hafez
Mr. Ashraf Hafez is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting.
Mr. Hafez gained massive experience through his wide range of business accomplishments. He started his working experience as a System Design Engineer in REEM - an Electronics System Design Company. After 5 years in REEM, he worked as a System/Maintenance Engineer in Alstom Transport. Then, he moved to Canada, working as a Teaching Assistant then a Research Assistant in the Computer Science Department in University of Victoria. Moving to Networks Valley, Mr. Hafez started off as the Head of the R&D Department, where he built wireless technology knowledge-base: WAP, SMS, SAT, 2.5 &3G. Then, he was promoted to be the Vice President of the Wireless Engineering Department, where he developed wireless business with Vodafone, in addition to contributing in developing the business plan of a regional mobile-internet lifestyle portal. During this time, Mr. Hafez had acquired Masters of International Business Administration, which led him to the position of a Business Development Manager of the company, where he designed and implemented a corporate MIS.
Moving back to Cairo, Egypt, he took the position of Regional IT Manger in EGYPTCALL, where he finalized infrastructure overhaul design with Microsoft solution provider. Following, he worked as a Sales Manager for Knowledge Academy, after which he then moved to working in INTEL as the Strategic Initiatives Manager, where he developed platform strategies, provided technical marketing expertise to identify emerging market opportunities, in addition to establishing strategic relationships with customers. Ashraf Koheil
Mr. Ashraf Koheil is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting.
Mr. Koheil possesses a solid track in Business Development, in addition to 10 years of experience in the IT and ICT industry. He has strong Marketing, Business Development and Account Relationship Management Skills.
He started his business journey as a Business Development Manager in Accor Hotels in Cairo. After that, he was working for Novartis as a Marketing Services Manager, where he managed the non-technical relationships with key accounts in the Textile, FMCG and Detergent Industries. Afterwards, he moved to Australia, where he started as a Business Development Executive in RSA technologies. Then, he worked for Pongrass Australia as a Business Development Manager, where he developed consulting capability and methodology to provide best practice CRM implementation for the Newspaper and Publishing Industry. Moving to Solution 6Ltd, Mr. Koheil took the position of a Group Manager. Diana Seyouri
Ms. Diana Seyouri is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting. She has been working on change management programs and organizational culture change. She comes from a strategic marketing background where she has worked, consulted and taught for over fifteen years.
Ms. Seyouri has been living in the Middle East and the Gulf since 1995, during which she worked as a Marketing Manager and General Manager of Technology Services firms. Galal Haikal

Mr. Haikal has a deep experience in Project Management in IT industry with extensive practice in the field of Software Development and Business Applications in two major multinational IT companies. Dr. Hassan Farahat
Dr. Hassan Farahat is a Management Consultant at SKOPOS Consulting. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Al-Azhar University in Cairo in 1992. He worked as an Assistant Professor of Management in Al-Azhar University and lectured a number of management-related topics such as Strategy and Strategic Planning, Managerial Economics, Management Information Systems & Research Methodology.

Ms. Ogedegbe has a solid experience in employee relations matter, recruitment, policy and procedure, training, assessment and reviews through her diverse work practice in Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource process review and design, Employee Relation, Organizational Development, Project Management and Capacity Development. Mohamed Beheiry
Mr. Mohamed A. Beheiry is a Management Consultant in SKOPOS Consulting. He is primarily working as a Personal Coach for the Senior Executives of a major Telecommunications company in the Middle East, helping develop their Strategic Management approach as they grow rapidly.
Mr. Beheiry worked for Mobil Corporation and NCR Corporation in Egypt, Cocean-Muzaini in Kuwait, Exxon International in Saudi Arabia and Continental Illinois National Bank in Chicago before becoming the Vice President and Managing Director of Crosby France. Afterwards, he joined Crosby Associates Canada as a Senior Vice President, after which he became the President, where he managed the start-up of the Canadian subsidiary and Business Development in a new market. Subsequently, he became the Senior Vice President, then the Dean of the Quality College for Philip Crosby Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for the selection, training and certification of consultants worldwide, as well as the development and qualification of all consulting services materials for the world market. Mr. Beheiry trained over 200 Senior Executives in Quality Management and Strategic Planning in Enterprise Quality Management as their Principal and resident. Mr. Hag Ahmed started working for BEE Petroleum Company; he started as a Maintenance Engineer in the Operation Department, and then he became the responsible Engineer of the Auto-Gas project. After, he left BEE Petroleum to join Shell as the Key Sectors Manager. After two years, he rejoined BEE Petroleum Company as a Business Development Manager, then the Marketing Manager of the company.

Samar Sami

Ms. Sami's career path started in Xerox Egypt, where she started with the Customer Satisfaction Representative position, in which she conducted Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Not long after, she became a Senior Sales Representative, on which she received the President's Award. After, she also received the President's Award twice for her highest performance in Xerox as an Executive Sales Representative and as the Account Manager Printing System for the company. As Xerox Senior Trainer in the Human Resources Department, she was handling the Human Resources training courses, in addition to development of an action plan for 1200 Xerox employees in the Middle East and Africa. After, Ms. Sami joined the Organization Development Consultant as a facilitator to the company, where she developed and delivered training interventions for customers in different sectors of the Egyptian market, such as Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance, IT, Logistics and Distribution, Transport & Shipping and Construction. During her tenure at GM as a Training and Development manager, she was responsible for formulating and implementing an effective training and development plan, in-line with enhancing employees' on-the-job skills leading to improved individual as well as company performance standard. Shahrzad Saderi
Ms. Shahrzad Saderi is a Management Consulting at SKOPOS Consulting.
Ms. Saderi has a diversified experience in consulting as she merges her Eastern culture comprehension with Western education and expertise. Prior to working for SKOPOS, she consulted diverse companies in the USA, as well as in Iran.
In USA, she was working for Sacramento Municipal Utility District in California, where she developed and facilitated workshops to collaborate on training practices, and assessed training strategies, processes and policies. She was also working for Community Colleges Design Review and Construction, Court Community Focused Strategic Planning, California Franchise Tax Board and National Judicial Forum on the Future of Self Represented Litigation, where she worked with planning team to design national meeting with broad based representation from multiple states. Additionally, she was working for the Department of Health Services, where she designed and facilitated meetings to implement public health improvement policies and funding plans in areas such as Contract Management, Maternal Child Health and Domestic Violence. Todd Cummings
Todd Cummings is the General Manager of SKOPOS Consulting. He has 15 years of professional experience that blend together a variety of experiences including practical application in consulting, project management as well as training and development.
Mr. Cummings started as an Operational Manager in Melgren International Inc., in Provo, UT where he managed the operational responsibilities including researching and designing the administrative systems for the organization. Not long after that he began teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the Salt Lake Community College where he focused on political systems both in the US and across the world. While teaching, he was also employed by Discover Financial Services (formerly part of Morgan Stanley). Moving quickly through a variety of positions, his final experiences included Systems Project Manager and Regional Training Manager. While there he was part of leading teams in building online and e-learning processes, system migration initiatives and cultural transformations. After spending ten years with DFS, Mr. Cummings took his experiences and started his own consulting company, impact Solutions Corp. In this new role he began to consult with organizations of all types and sizes on the development of internal training structures and initiatives.
Mr. Cummings' experience with Fortune 500 companies and their patterns of organizational development has given him unique insight into the healthiest of models and paradigms that can be used. He has done consulting and design work to build leadership capacity and strengthen internal cultures in organizations such as Boeing, Microsoft and American Express. This has been balanced by consulting with small start ups and mid-sized organizations as they begin to grow their own internal processes and cultures. Mr. Cummings holds a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. He also holds two Master's Degrees from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT, in Public Administration and Political Science. He is currently living in Amman, Jordan.
