WHY SKOPOS?
SKOPOS is an Organizational Development consulting company with a unique purpose: “to be an instrument of change and development in the Middle East and Africa”. Our region has very peculiar business conditions that have rendered direct transplant of western organizational development concepts, so far to be ineffective. We believe that these form fundamental factors that cannot be ignored in the developmental imperatives of human capacity and organizational effectiveness for the region. That is why we, in SKOPOS Consulting, pride ourselves in our in-depth understanding of the peculiar cultural and business conditions of this region.
We have a very diverse team of employees, who come from 12 different nationalities. We highly value recruits with extensive experience from all parts of the world. But that alone is not enough, we further seek employees who share our passion to develop our part of the world and can contribute their experience in very innovative ways to meet the peculiar challenges of our region.

2. Vacancy Postings
We post open vacancies and invite the interested candidates to apply for them.
INTERVIWING
- We shortlist strong candidates and invite them for interviewing.
- As a candidate successfully pass the first interview, s/he is invited for further interviews with other team members.
